Founding Member
The first 100 subscribers at Apprentice or Candidate lock in their price for five
years. No rate increases for sixty months from the day they join, a Founding
Member badge, and a handwritten note from Joe. When the 100 spots are gone,
they are gone.
What is Coach Bridge?
Coach Bridge connects you to a human coach inside the platform. They see your
work, set your focus, and pick up where the platform leaves off. It is included
with Apprentice and Candidate, and it is not offered at Foundation. Coaches
themselves use the coach portal free; the subscription covers your side of the
sharing. If you do not work with a coach yet, the platform helps you find one
when you are ready.
Questions
Will ASCENDCHESS replace my coach?
If you have a coach, no. ASCENDCHESS does the routine work between lessons: reviewing every game, tracking your patterns, drilling. Your coach sees it through Coach Bridge and spends lessons on what matters. If you don't have a coach, ASCENDCHESS is training you can do on your own, and it tells you when a human coach would help more. Its chess claims are checked against an engine where they can be, labeled where they have not been, and corrected by human experts when they are wrong.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. A Founding Member price lock stays with you for as long as you remain subscribed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If ASCENDCHESS is not the right fit, request a refund on your billing page within 30 days of your first payment and we refund your payments from those 30 days in full. No questions asked. Your subscription ends when the refund is made.
Is there a limit on how much I can train?
Some AI coaching features carry a monthly allowance. Where Candidate's allowance is larger, the Candidate card above shows both numbers.
